Kirsten has been working as an RMT in Chilliwack since she began her career in 2018. She is versatile in treatment styles and believes she can provide treatments tailored to patients individual goals by truly hearing each patients needs and preferences. Techniques that Kirsten enjoys using in her treatments include deep tissue, trigger point release, swedish relaxation techniques and stretching. She has worked with a variety of conditions over the last several years, but takes a special interest in treating headaches and working with prenatal patients. When not working, Kirsten enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 kids.
