Carmen's hours are::

Monday: 9:00am-5:30pm 

Wednesday: 9:00am - 12:00pm & 3:00pm-7:00pm

Carmen began her studies in Reflexology Therapy in 2019 following a 30 year practice as a Registered Nurse. 
Working primarily in Community Mental Health and more recently in Nursing Foot Care, Carmen’s interest in 
Natural Health practices brought her to the study of Reflexology Therapy. 

Combining her knowledge and experience in health care with the practice of Reflexology Therapy, Carmen attends to each of
her patients with the utmost care and attention regarding their individual health concerns. Reflexology philosophy believes that the body has the ability to help heal itself. 

Following illness, stress, injury or disease, the body is in a state of imbalance and vital body systems can be blocked, 
preventing the body from functioning optimally. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural balance and facilitate healing.

Foot Reflexology is Carmen’s current treatment modality. She will soon be offering Facial Reflexology when mask mandates are no longer required.

Carmen has called Chilliwack home since 2010. She and her husband have raised their two boys here, loving the opportunities the Fraser Valley has offered.
However, she is still a Prairie Girl at heart.
