Alisa holds a masters degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University and is registered with the BC counselling association.
Alisa utilizes a humanistic approach to counselling where clients are valued as the experts of their own journey. With interventions inspired by mindfulness and strength building, Alisa is passionate about creating a judgement-free space for any and all individuals. As an integrated counsellor, Alisa tailors unique theories and approaches to best suit the client and works collaboratively to ensure that each client’s personal needs are fulfilled.Â
Alisas has experience working with complex trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder.Â
